General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made in the online shop and related online services operated by Digitalszajcsi Platform (the “Service Provider”).

By using the shop and placing an order, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Terms.

3. Order Process

The Customer places the selected products from the shop into the cart and finalises the order during the checkout process. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. The contract is formed once the Service Provider’s confirmation email has been delivered.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT where indicated for the given product. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices; orders already placed are subject to the prices in effect at the time of order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers who qualify as consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Civil Code and applicable consumer protection regulations, except for products excluded by specific legislation.

6. Complaints Handling

Complaints may be submitted to the Service Provider at digitalszajcsi@gmail.com. The Service Provider will investigate all complaints received without undue delay.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer may turn to a conciliation board or the competent court.
