Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available in the shop are displayed at checkout. Currently supported: online card payment, cash on delivery, and additional methods to be activated in the future.

2. Payment Security

Online card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. The shop does not store full card details.

3. Invoicing

An electronic invoice is issued for every successful order and sent by email based on the billing details provided.

4. Failed Payment

If a transaction fails, the order will not be processed. Please check your details or choose a different payment method.

5. Refunds

In the event of withdrawal or a valid complaint, the refund is issued using the original payment method without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.
