1. Shipping Methods

Digitalszajcsi Platform ships ordered 3D printed products by courier or to a parcel locker within Hungary, according to the options available at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. For custom orders, the expected production and delivery time is communicated in the order confirmation email.

3. Shipping Cost

The shipping fee depends on the order total and the chosen shipping method. The exact fee is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

4. Receipt and Damage

Please inspect the parcel for damage upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please take photographs and notify us promptly at digitalszajcsi@gmail.com.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

The conditions for returns are set out in our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection regulations. The return address is provided in our confirmation email.
